                To register for an account with Invetra, please follow our straightforward process designed for ease and efficiency. Whether you're a novice or an experienced trader, our registration process ensures a smooth onboarding experience. You will need to provide some personal details, verify your identity, and agree to our terms and conditions.

                This article will guide new traders on how to register for an account with Invetra.

                • Visit our website.
                • Click "Open Account"
                • Enter your information:
                • Country of residence - this must be based on your where you currently live
                • Email address
                • Create your Invetra password. Please note the guidelines shown for password requirements.
                • Click "Create my account". You will be sent a four-digit code to your email address. Enter the code in the relevant field.
                • You will be automatically logged into Invetra.

                Your password should:

                • Consists of both uppercase and lowercase characters.
                • Include at least one number.
                • Include at least one symbol.

                Maintaining the correct and up-to-date information on your Profile information, ensures seamless communication, accurate billing, and enhanced security. This article will guide you through the process of updating your personal information on your account.

                Steps to Change Your Personal Account Details

                To update your personal account details,

                1. Create a request through the "Contact Us" form by selecting the "Service Request" as the request type.
                2. Provide your registered email address and enter "Request to Change Personal Account Details" in the subject line.
                3. Clearly state the changes you want to make in the Description field.
                4. Attach supporting documents. This might include government-issued IDs, utility bills, or other documents that verify your identity and the correct details.
                5. Submit your request.

                What Happens Next?

                After we receive your request and supporting documents, our team will verify the Information: we will review the provided documents to ensure the information is accurate and complete.

                Once verification is complete, we will update your account details accordingly and send you a confirmation via email. All processes should be done within 1 business day after request submission.

                If you've forgotten your Invetra password, you can reset your password here. And follow these steps: 

                1. Enter your registered email address and click on 'Confirm email'.
                2. A four-digit code will be sent to your email address, enter this code into the fields provided
                3. Create a new password.

                Tip: Choose a strong and memorable password. Keep it in a safe place and don't give it to any third parties. Invetra will never ask for your password in communications.

                Your password should:

                • Include at least 8 characters
                • Consists of both UPPER and lowercase characters.
                • Include at least one number.
                • Include at least one special character.

                Example: XasdoE23Qf!

                IMPORTANT: After you update your password or security code, you will not be able to make a withdrawal for 4 hours. This is a safety feature to protect your funds.

                Deposits

                To get started, please review the minimum deposit requirements for each account type below:

                • Standard Account: $50  
                • Ultra Low Account: $100

                Note: Please note that a $3 fee will be charged if a deposit of less than $30 is made.

                IMPORTANT: You will need to include your Trading account Id as your deposit reference, so that we can credit the correct account.

                No, for regulatory reasons we require you to verify who you are with us before you’re able to deposit any funds.

                To check the status of your deposit, you can follow these steps:

                • Go to the 'Funds' section on the platform > 'Transaction History'. 
                • Once you are on the 'Transaction History' page, you will be able to see the details and status of your deposit. This feature allows you to track and monitor the progress of your deposit transaction easily.

                Deposit processing

                We've received your funds and are currently still processing your deposit.

                Deposit success

                We've processed your deposit successfully and funds have been credited to your trading account.

                Deposit failed

                We have been unable to process your deposit. No funds have been taken by us.

                Deposit cancelled

                Your deposit has been cancelled; no funds have been taken by us.

                Withdrawal

                You can withdraw at any time, even if you have open positions, provided you're not withdrawing an amount that is required for your trading and 'free margin'. The free margin amount is constantly 'floating' since it reflects the floating profit or loss on your open positions.

                Free Margin = Equity - Used Margin.

                You can withdraw any amount up to your Free Margin. However, keep in mind that withdrawing funds will reduce your equity, and if you have open positions, it could affect your margin and potentially lead to a Margin Call or Stop Out if your free margin becomes too low.

                You can see your free margin by logging into your Invetra account or in your MT5 terminal.

                A 3% fee will apply at withdrawal if no trade has been placed since your last deposit. The fee will be deducted from your withdrawal before processing, and if you do not have enough funds to cover the withdrawal amount and the fee, your request may not be processed. You can place a trade to avoid this fee.

                Yes we offer swap free accounts.   

                Activating the swap free option on your trading account is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps: 

                1. Log in to your trading account. 
                2. Go to Profile > General Settings. 
                3. Under the Trading section, click on Swaps. 
                4. Choose your preferred swap setting. 

                Please note:  

                Once activated, the swap free setting applies to all trading accounts under your profile.  

                You must not have any open positions if you wish to toggle the swap free setting on or off.  

                You cannot update your swap preference more than once every 24 hours.  

                The swap free allowance is linked to Invetra Rewards.

                When you switch on swap free you receive the Default days.

                You can access Enhanced swap free additional days when you reach our Gold Tier Level or higher. The more you trade, the more tier points you earn which will help you move up the Tier Levels faster.
