Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
INVETRA1 is excited to announce the INVETRA Rewards 2026 (“Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein (“Terms”) as set out below.
Risk Warning. Trading in futures/derivative products involves significant risk and may result in substantial losses, including losses exceeding your deposit. This Promotion is a marketing incentive only and does not reduce trading risk. You should trade only if you understand the risks and can afford to bear losses.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is applicable to all clients of INVETRA who are approved to trade and meet the following criteria during the Promotion Period:
a) Maintain a qualifying account (excluding “practice or demo” accounts) with INVETRA, meeting the minimum account activation deposit and other requirements specified by INVETRA, and subject to these Terms;
b) Read and accept these Terms; and
c) Make deposits as per (a) above
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion will run for one year (“Promotion Period”) starting from the date of opening your first qualifying account.
4. Trading Terms
4.1. The Promotion applies to all instruments for which Tier points are awarded. Tier points may vary or be zero for certain instruments. For more information on Tier points, please refer to the loyalty section in your INVETRA Profile at Hub > Rewards > Tier Points.
4.2. The Promotion is applicable to trading in the Standard and Ultra Low accounts only.
5. Promotion Tier Points and Tier Status
5.1. You will have one instance of the Promotion. If you hold multiple qualifying accounts, all valid trades in those accounts can earn Tier points contributing to the same Promotion Tier status.
5.2. Tier Points are awarded when opening and closing qualifying trades, based on the traded lot size and the advertised rate of Tier Points per lot for each instrument.
5.3. Upon earning sufficient Tier Points within the Promotion Period, as specified in the Tier Status schedule below and in the App, your Tier Status, Reward Point multiplier and corresponding Tier Benefits will increase.
6. Reward Points and Cash Redemption
6.1. Reward Points may be earned alongside Tier Points, depending on your Tier Status and specified Tier Benefits.
6.2. Reward Points that you earn will be calculated using the Tier Status multiplier corresponding to your current Tier Status, as outlined in the schedule below.
6.3. The total Reward Points displayed in your Rewards Point balance may also reflect any additional Reward Points you have accrued by participating in various promotions.
6.4. Reward Points can be redeemed for cash credited into your trading account at the rate specified in the schedule below and in the App
6.5. Reward Points, Tier Points and any cash credited to your trading account under this Promotion are promotional incentives only. They do not constitute fixed income, profit sharing, or any guaranteed return, and do not reduce the risks of trading.
7. End of Promotion Period
7.1. At the end of the Promotion Period, a new one-year period will commence (“New Promotion Period”).
7.2. Tier Points will reset to zero at the start of each New Promotion Period. However, your Tier Status will be maintained at the level achieved during the previous Promotion Period or annual cycle. If your highest Tier Status is retained from the previous cycle, your Tier Status at the start of the New Promotion Period will depend on the Tier Points earned in the previous cycle.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1. INVETRA reserves the right to adjust the rate at which Tier Points and Reward Points are earned, and the rate at which Reward Points can be redeemed for cash, at any time without prior notice. Any amendment that is materially adverse to the Client (including reduction of redemption value or eligibility) will apply prospectively and will not affect Reward Points already earned prior to the effective date, unless required by applicable law or necessary to address fraud, misuse, or operational error.
8.2. Clients are not permitted to transfer, assign, redeem for cash, or substitute their Tier Points.
8.3. INVETRA shall not be liable for any margin calls or losses incurred by the client, including losses due to stopout levels, provided that such losses are not caused by INVETRA’s negligence during the Promotion Period.
8.4. INVETRA reserves the right to alter, amend, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion at its discretion. In case of any modifications to these Terms, INVETRA will provide notice as required by applicable legislation. You will be notified of any such changes and will be given a checkbox to explicitly accept or deny the amended terms. The amendments take effect immediately after you provide your explicit consent through a checkbox of the amendments to the Terms. Provided that your consent has been given, INVETRA shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from such alterations, amendments, suspensions, cancellations, or terminations.
8.5. Any indication or suspicion of fraudulent activity related to the trading account, multiple accounts, or the Promotion, including but not limited to fraud, manipulation, cash-back or bonus or swap arbitrage or misuse of Tier or Reward Points, shall invalidate all affected transactions, profits, or losses.
8.6. INVETRA reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of misusing or attempting to misuse Tier or Reward Points or breaching these Terms or any other operative agreements. INVETRA may cancel orders and nullify profits associated with such clients. In cases involving Tier or Reward Points arbitrage or misuse, INVETRA reserves the right to withdraw Tier or Reward Points without liability.
8.7. In case of disputes, the resolution will be subject to the prevailing Bappebti regulations on customers dispute settlement. Any complaint arising from the Promotion must be submitted and handled in accordance with INVETRA’s Complaint Management Policy.
8.8. INVETRA may suspend or terminate these Terms if circumstances arise that render the continuation of the Promotion unfair or impossible due to extraordinary events beyond INVETRA’s control (e.g., natural disasters, political conflicts).
8.9. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms along with any applicable operative agreements, as they may be amended from time to time.
8.10. In case of discrepancies between translated versions of the Terms, the Indonesian version will prevail.
9. Addendum: Opt-In Requirement and Reward Point Expiry
9.1. Participation in the Program is strictly conditional upon the Client completing the opt-in process within the App or Profile. Clients who do not expressly opt in will not be enrolled in the Program and will not accrue Tier Points, Reward Points, or any associated benefits, regardless of trading activity or account status.
9.2. A Client’s participation becomes effective only after the opt‑in process is successfully completed. Tier Points and Reward Points will accrue solely from the date and time of opt‑in, and no points will be awarded retroactively for any prior trades, deposits, or activity.
9.3. Reward Points earned under the Program shall have a fixed validity period of twelve (12) months from the date they are credited. This expiry period is fixed and may not be changed by INVETRA under any circumstances. Upon the conclusion of the twelve (12)-month period, any unused Reward Points will automatically expire.
9.4. We will provide Clients with no less than one (1) month’s prior notice before any Reward Points expire. Such notice will be delivered within the App or Profile and may include notifications, alerts, or other in-app communication methods.
9.5. We shall bear no responsibility or liability for Reward Points that expire in accordance with these Terms, nor for any consequences arising from such expiration, including loss of redemption opportunities or loss of Tier Benefits tied to unredeemed points.
